InputSnapshot is one caller-owned single-line editor presentation. Value is exposed to accessibility; DisplayValue may contain masking or IME preedit text without transferring editing ownership to the component. Secure makes it a password field: the value is never exposed, DisplayValue is ignored, and the field paints one bullet per character.
