Type EllipsisCache

EllipsisCache remembers the ellipsized last line of one wrapped text, so that wrapping the same text at the same width again, frame after frame, builds no string. The zero value is ready; keep one for each text that is wrapped every frame. Wrapping something else simply replaces what it holds.
